DeleteI agree with the author one hundred per cent. Anxiety is harmful. As the author points out, chronic stress has been linked to a variety of health problems and has even been linked to death in some cases. The responsibility for establishing a calm and pleasant work environment is on the shoulders of human resources professionals and managers. Ultimately, it will lead to happier and more dedicated workers, which is a boon for any company.
