Human Resources Information System

in the HRIS. Typically, an HRIS will have all of the features essential for
complete Human Resources Management (HRM). It's a platform for HR functions
including hiring, monitoring performance, and training and development. Human
Resource Information System (HRIS) software is another name for an HRIS. This
is a little perplexing, as it seems to imply that various systems are capable
of hosting various applications. This, however, is not the situation. Simply

The paper finds that automated HRIS preserves data more correctly and promptly than manual. HRIS enhances HRM admin and analysis. A good HRIS gives information about HR needs and talents, which helps the management team develop the organization's mission and goals. HRIS includes people, rules, processes, and data to manage HR, not only computer hardware and software.

Hi in world wide there are many applications. Its depend upon the size of the organization and the functions that they want to use. According to my knowledge , oracle is more common and user friendly. So most of the companies tend to use oracle in Sri lanka .
